Description We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to join a thriving organization in Brunswick, Maine. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead key HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations, while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

• Administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive environment.

• Develop and implement training programs to support staff development and onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, maintaining company policies and procedures.

• Conduct new employee orientations to familiarize hires with company culture and expectations.

• Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational needs.

• Handle payroll processes and ensure accurate reporting.

• Provide counseling and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

• Support the organization in maintaining a strong and inclusive workplace culture. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting practices.

• Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws.

• Proven ability to conduct training and onboarding programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.

• Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
