Description

. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to assist with various front-of-house and hospitality tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome tenants, employees, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Manage guest registration and issue visitor passes using badging software.

• Provide directions and information about building amenities, fire exits, and nearby facilities.

• Assist guests with accommodations such as luggage or coat storage.

• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for tenants and guests.

• Coordinate transportation and travel arrangements as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of service requests and their status.

• Offer wayfinding assistance within the building and provide administrative support.

• Validate parking and handle inquiries related to building navigation.

• Ensure a high standard of service by responding promptly and thoroughly to requests.

Requirements • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or hospitality accreditation is preferred.

• At least one year of customer service, front desk, or concierge experience.

• Strong communication skills and reasoning ability.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mobile technologies.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to flexible schedules.

• Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing tasks involving bending, lifting, and mobility.

• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with the local area and recreational, hospitality, and business-related information. TalentMatch®
