Overview
Responsible for the setup, training and successful transfer of new and existing clients to new platforms and products. Ensures that a quality product is delivered to the client, that the client receives full value from their transfer and that the platforms and products are utilized in accordance with its capabilities.
Responsibilities
+ Sets up new and existing clients on new platforms and products according to established procedures so that client’s expectations are met and they can begin utilizing new platforms and products by the expected date that was committed to them.
+ Provides client service and technical support for new and existing clients by utilizing web-based collaboration tools as they transition to new platforms and products to ensure all products and applications are functioning properly.
+ Maintains knowledge of product application configuration to effectively install and test each client’s unique technical environment.
+ Researches and resolves issues from clients or field representatives, ensuring accurate set up and promoting client retention, and provides necessary feedback to the client and/or the field in a timely manner to optimize client experience and satisfaction, with potential to act as the primary contact for the client during the transfer process.
+ Creates, executes, and reviews reports to ensure accuracy and data integrity of client information.
+ Completes required documentation to transfer client to ongoing client service team to ensure ongoing support. Answers questions from ongoing client service team on client-specific issues as necessary.
+ Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, partners and stakeholders to promote Paychex’ quality service image, including by not limited to ENS, compliance and other applicable product and payroll partners.
+ Participates in department projects and initiatives to optimize client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, gaining knowledge of other products and procedures to better provide assistance to clients during their platform and product transfer.
+ Identify and document any potential improvements in procedures such as training, documentation, and system enhancements in order to increase customer retention.

+ Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience.
+ Payroll, Time and Attendance, or General Ledger.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $21.63-$33.99 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
