Required education may include a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field. Certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter) or project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are valued but not mandatory. For these optional skills, 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Key attributes of success include adaptability to changing client needs, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, collaborate across teams, and maintain high ethical standards is essential.

The pay range for this position is $116000.00 - $174000.00/yr.
