    We are seeking a Parts Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer in Saline, MI!

    Description

    Parts Order Management

     

    + Enter spare parts orders into the ERP system

    + Source parts from inventory, factory, or vendors

    + Coordinate shipping, packaging, and delivery timelines

     

    Customer & Service Support

     

    + Serve as the primary contact for parts inquiries and order status

    + Provide quotes and lead times

    + Coordinate with technicians to ensure parts availability

    + Assist in scheduling service work and job closure

     

    Returns & Warranty Coordination

     

    + Process returns and warranty claims

    + Issue RMAs and liaise with suppliers for approvals and credits

    + General Administration

    + Maintain documentation and records

    + Keep catalogs and pricing tools updated

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + Preferred background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or machinery service support

    + ERP systems (SAP) experience

    + Microsoft Excel & Outlook

    + Inventory and order management

    + Customer communication

    + Technical support and sourcing

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
