    Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

     

    This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about transforming raw financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including budget vs. actuals and PO balance reports

    Support month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis

    Investigate financial data trends and anomalies to answer the critical question: “Why are we doing this?”

     

    Extract and manipulate raw data into Excel using advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

     

    Perform manual data pulls from various systems to support reporting needs

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

     

    Assist in developing and maintaining reporting templates and dashboards

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $56.90/hr.
