Job Title: AP Business CoordinatorJob Description
The AP Routing Coordinator provides high-quality support and outstanding customer service across the organization, ensuring the timely resolution of outstanding AP invoices.
Responsibilities
+ Manage assigned queue to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
+ Process a high volume of workflows with accuracy.
+ Review vendor invoices for linkage to purchase orders.
+ Ensure three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice is complete.
+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, understanding core business needs and promoting urgency toward critical issues.
+ Follow established processes, procedures, and internal controls.
+ Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with internal and external partners to increase departmental efficiencies.
+ Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
+ Complete goods receipts and work with the procurement department.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in accounts payable, accounting, customer service, and invoice processing.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
+ Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
+ Ability to perform three-way matching and manage purchase orders.
+ Professionalism and reliability in a corporate/office environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Customer service, accounting, or business support experience.
+ Experience in a professional setting with business hours, demonstrating professionalism and punctuality.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
+ Entry-level or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
+ Accounting or finance experience is a plus.
+ Possess energy, positivity, and a long-term career mindset.
+ Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
Work Environment
The team is a mix of age and experience, fostering an open-minded and adaptable atmosphere. The first 90 days are onsite, after which a hybrid work schedule is available, allowing for 2 days of remote work. Work hours are flexible, with any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm; most of the team prefers working from 7 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vista, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
