Invoicing Specialist
Job Description
The Invoicing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the accounting and operations teams by managing invoicing processes and assisting with order entry and general administrative tasks. This is a newly created and evolving role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable helping shape the position as it develops.
Responsibilities
+ Process and approve invoices.
+ Retrieve freight invoices and incorporate them into customer billing.
+ Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
+ Assist with order entry as needed.
+ Perform general administrative tasks to support accounting operations.
Skills and Qualifications Required
+ Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or Accounts Payable/Receivable.
+ Excellent technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour workdays and a flexible start time, such as 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
