Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the executive office, which consists of high-level executives from various organizations and groups. This position focuses on providing calendar support for the Chief of Finance and the manager while also supporting the broader administrative community. The role is fast-paced and involves managing last-minute changes, supporting meetings, and assisting with learning sessions for administrative growth. Additionally, the position will provide backup support when the manager or other team members are out of the office and assist in booking travel, coordinated by a dedicated travel team.
Responsibilities
+ Provide calendar support for the Chief of Finance and other executives.
+ Support the administrative community within the executive team.
+ Assist with meetings and initiatives, including learning sessions for administrative growth.
+ Serve as a backup for the manager and other team members as needed.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements in collaboration with the dedicated travel team.
+ Utilize intermediate Excel skills for report tracking, including pivot tables.
Essential Skills
+ 5-7+ years of proven and professional Executive Assistant experience.
+ 5+ years of experience with Outlook Calendaring.
+ 5+ years of senior leadership experience in administration.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Experience in executive administrative support and travel coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a large, fast-paced professional office setting.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
+ Experience in legal or HR settings is beneficial.
Work Environment
The position begins with a requirement to work onsite for five days a week at the campus. Once fully trained, the opportunity for 1-2 remote workdays per week is available. The environment is dynamic and requires flexibility to adapt to frequent changes, with a focus on supporting a high-level executive team.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $47.00/hr.
