Position Responsibilities:
+ Assist with capital projects, track forecasts and expenditures, and support effective capital management and business strategies
+ Contribute to annual business planning and forecasting, and maintain financial processes and tools as a key Finance team member
+ Summarize and interpret capital expenditures from SAP, update tracking documents, and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements
+ Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements in SAP including tracking in Purchase Requisition (PR) tracker, inclusive of all functional areas of the business
+ Coordinate all activities related to funding capital projects in SAP WBS elements
+ Oversee capital invoice processing, including coding in SAP, and assist in creating and improving management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
