Automotive Upfitter – Low Voltage Systems

Contract Length: 2 Months

Pay: $23–$25/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for electronics and public safety? Join our team as an Automotive Upfitter and help outfit state police vehicles with cutting-edge low voltage systems and IT equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Installing and routing cabling for cameras, LMRs (Land Mobile Radios), and other IT systems

+ Mounting and configuring electronic components in police vehicles

+ Ensuring clean, professional installations that meet safety and operational standards

+ Collaborating with a skilled team to meet daily build targets

• What We’re Looking For:

+ 1+ year of experience in automotive upfitting, low voltage wiring, or related electronics work

+ Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and diagnostic tools

+ Ability to read schematics and follow installation procedures

+ Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

+ Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
