• Technical Product Manager

    Vanguard (Malvern, PA)


    Vanguard is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and roadmap for products within our middle office operations, specifically focused on corporate actions. In this role, you will serve as a key influencer of business strategy, collaborating closely with partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment between product capabilities and operational needs.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product, with cross-divisional impact. Drive the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.

    + Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standard methodologies that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.

    + Coach technical product teams toward best practices and learnings. Oversee product teams' support of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.

    + Facilitate strong business support by working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions, impacts, and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external collaborators.

    + Own the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze technical markets, develop detailed product features and requirements, and create implementation plans.

    + Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

    + Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

    + Drive the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

    + Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

    + Minimum of eight years related business experience. Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred

    + Experience in digital product management or operations, with a strong focus on corporate actions and middle office processes.

    + Ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-integrated product solutions that support operational goals.

    + Strategic approach with a focus on continuous improvement, product performance, and user experience.
