Microsoft’s Global Marketing Engine and Experiences team is leading the transformation of marketing at Microsoft, enabling deeper and more personalized customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. This role is specifically focused on transforming end-to-end marketing workflows across Corp and Field Marketing--from strategic planning and budget management to execution and performance measurement across events, social, local marketing campaigns, etc.
The Marketing Transformation Lead will be a key driver of innovation, efficiency, and change management, partnering across business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and AI-enhanced solutions that evolve the way marketing works across the company.

Responsibilities
Drive Marketing Transformation Strategy:
+ Architect and drive marketing transformation strategy to evolve efficiency and efficacy of marketing processes, tools, and measurement associated with Global and Regional Marketing.
+ Define strategy, and roadmaps that span people, process, tools, and data.
+ Design for AI-Enabled Process Improvement: Proactively assess how AI and automation can be integrated into core marketing workflows.
Collaboration:
+ Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, GMEE, MCAPS, and Regional CMO Leaders, to ensure operational processes align to both strategic intent and regional needs.
+ Interface with MarTech Teams: Collaborate with GMEE and MCAPS MarTech & Engineering teams to shape the platform capability roadmap, prioritizing both short-term and long-term objectives.
+ Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to pilot and scale AI-powered processes for product marketing managers.
Performance Measurement:
+ Measure, evaluate, and report on process performance in Operational Excellence Forums.
+ Apply AI technologies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in business processes.
Change Enablement and Training:
+ Lead adoption strategy for new tools and processes.
+ Develop playbooks, documentation, and training to ensure consistent, effective usage across teams.

Qualifications
R **equired/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience focused on sales and marketing enablement, business operations, program management, analytics, or related fields
+ 1+ years of experience of digital transformation in marketing or sales.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
+ OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
