Our client is a forward-thinking, cloud-based firm specializing in tax, bookkeeping, and business advisory services. Located in Hamilton, NJ, they pride themselves on collaborating closely with clients to deliver relevant, timely, and actionable financial insights. We’re looking for a skilled tax preparer to join and grow with their dynamic team.

Position Overview:

This on-site role offers a flexible schedule with hours that may vary weekly depending on workload volume. Availability Monday through Saturday allows you to tailor your workweek around your needs.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and efficiency

+ Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Review your own work to ensure quality and compliance

+ Collaborate with team members and clients to provide timely tax solutions

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a tax preparer

+ Proficient in preparing NJ & PA individual income tax returns (Required)

+ Strong time management and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

+ CPA or EA designation preferred, but not mandatory

+ Experience with UltraTax CS software is a strong plus

Compensation:

+ Paying approximately $83,000 - $130,000 annually (depending on level of experience, education and license (CPA, EA, etc.)
