Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. They are seeking a new **Regulatory Document Specialist** to join their team!

Located in Cuyahoga County, OH

**Pay:** $30-34/hour

Key Responsibilities:

+ Send email requests to new and existing suppliers for updated Safety Data Sheets.

+ Track incoming SDS documents to ensure timely review and compliance.

+ Compare existing Safety Data Sheets to new versions, highlighting changes and providing revised copies to the regulatory team.

+ Add relevant metadata to the SDS for proper documentation and organization.

+ Upload new SDS sheets to the internal tracking system for accessibility and record-keeping.

+ Provide weekly updates to the regulatory team on the status of SDS reviews and any critical changes.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline).

+ 1-2 years of technical experience in chemistry or a related area.

+ Strong technical writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in using document tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
