Description
Drive Strategic Transformational Initiatives
+ Drive a portfolio of transformation initiatives as part of the Global Transformation Office
+ Partner with initiative business leadership teams from scope, design through execution, implementation and impact stages
Provide Thought Leadership, Develop Recommendations and Drive Insights to Action
+ Bring focus and action⁃oriented recommendations through the synthesis of internal data and competitive benchmarks
+ Drive and build on strategic thinking integrating and suggesting innovative concepts and solutions for initiatives within scope of work and larger Program
+ Enable action orientation, connectedness, speed and agility across the enterprise, support the translation of ideas into actions
+ Act as the thought partner to Transformation Initiative Owners
+ Provide strategic thought leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable game plans and ensure the right resources are in place, considering both capability and capacity, drive execution, ensure the right KPIs are in the place to support the measurement of impact
Manage Overall Project, Implementation, and Initiative Teams
+ Build on Transformation Initiative team charter and drive scoping of certain initiatives/workstreams
+ Manage end⁃to⁃end projects: from scoping, to design, to deployment. Accelerate execution, connectivity and impact of initiatives
+ Oversee complex project design and implementation navigating the matrix and aligning cross⁃functional teams
+ Connect the dots, anticipates and resolves issues as they are discovered or escalates as needed with a solution mindset
+ Identify additional opportunities/gaps in transformational initiatives and/or obstacles to be removed. Work with Transformation Office leadership on scoping/solutions to address opportunities and challenges
Influence, Drive Change, Build Capability, and Collaborate across the Organization
+ Lead through influence, often without direct authority, persuading through use of data and facts, demonstrate sufficient gravitas, inspire and motivate others
+ Drive ideation and design through collaboration and co⁃creation
+ Exhibit and build organizational capability in horizontal adaptation, change and transformation across the enterprise leveraging consultative skills (asking the right questions, creating momentum with dialogue, driving towards deliverables and outcomes, project/portfolio management, organization design: structure and process, change management progress and outcome measurement)
+ Manage stakeholder communication and engagement, engage comfortably with senior leadership and leverage own network to drive outcomes
+ Inculcate a "Heavy/Light/Heavy" project management approach that will build capability and accelerate agility
+ Function as a knowledge base and advisor to initiative teams
+ Work collaboratively with other team members both within and outside the Transformation Office to connect dots and integrate initiatives as needed
+ Identify and leverage Connector/Integrator roles across the Company (e.g., ELT Chiefs of Staff, Change Champions, Brand/Region/Function/Channel HRBPs) to accelerate initiative success and enable long⁃term change
Qualifications
+ BA in Business
+ Finance or related field
+ MBA strongly preferred
+ 12+ years experience
+ 10%+ travel time In addition
