This Senior IT Manager position oversees our SCM IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing teams, deploy solutions, and execute on technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

+ Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational objectives and business priorities.

+ Team Management: Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

+ Project Management: Oversee IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

+ Application Management: Ensure the reliability and performance of IT applications, and support services.

+ Process Development: Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

+ Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.

+ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to the organization, ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.

+ Financial Management: forecasting costs and management of team financials.

+ Collaboration: Work with Corporate Supply Chain Teams to identify technological needs and implement effective solutions that support business growth.

Required Qualifications

+ Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree in business is preferred.

+ Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role, with a strong track record in supply chain solution development and deployment

+ Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, Supply Chain Procurement applications, and AWS cloud technology.

+ Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting a high-performance culture within the IT department.

+ Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders of all levels.

+ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.

+ Teamwork: Demonstrated success working across multi-site, multicultural organizations with cross-functional teams.
