About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Commissions Technology Architect with 10+ years of SAP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Commissions Data Integration, SAP Commissions Reports, and SAP Commissions Configuration. Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the design and implementation of SAP Commissions solutions to optimize business processes and enhance performance.

+ Oversee the integration of SAP Commissions Data to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across systems.

+ Provide expert guidance on SAP Commissions Reports to deliver insightful analytics and support decision-making.

+ Configure SAP Commissions to meet specific business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Commissions configurations and processes.

+ Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

+ Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

+ Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

+ Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

+ Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

+ Ensure adherence to best practices and company policies in all technical activities.

What you need to have to be considered

+ Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Commissions Data Integration and its application in business scenarios.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Commissions Reports and the ability to generate actionable insights.

+ Have extensive experience in SAP Commissions Configuration and customization.

+ Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is highly desirable.

+ Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Show excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Certifications Preferred

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Commissions

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
