The Quality Specialist is responsible for executing quality assurance processes such as audits, investigations, and quality improvement plans to enable excellence in execution for supplier-facing activities.

+ Define supplier quality plans required for engineering , manufacturing, operations, functions, customers and suppliers.

+ Identify product and project non-conformances, communicate through the proper channels, and coordinate with appropriate staff to quickly resolve issues in a manner that will not adversely affect the Project Schedule.

+ Provide daily technical support as needed with suppliers.

+ Participate in job risk and failure root cause analysis and related corrective actions.

+ Lead internal and external audits, inspections and quality records.

+ Assist with training team members on new procedures.

+ Review and approve Second Party CVs and timesheets

+ Develop Project Budgets for manpower needs and inspection budgets

+ 10-15 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Certified Welding Inspector

+ AMPP Certified Coating Inspector

+ Lead Auditor
