Job Role: Openshift Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

As an Infra. Technology Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing implementing and managing infrastructure solutions using GCP and Redhat Openshift. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-based applications. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

+ Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using GCP and Redhat Openshift to meet business requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based applications.

+ Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

+ Provide technical expertise and support for infrastructure-related issues and incidents.

+ Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and best practices.

+ Implement security measures to protect infrastructure and data from potential threats.

+ Conduct regular infrastructure assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.

+ Lead efforts to automate infrastructure processes and workflows for increased efficiency.

+ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and infrastructure management.

+ Participate in capacity planning and scaling activities to support business growth.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all infrastructure activities.

+ Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to manage infrastructure services and solutions.

+ Provide training and guidance to team members on infrastructure tools and technologies.

Qualifications

+ Demonstrate strong experience in designing and managing infrastructure solutions using GCP.

+ Exhibit proficiency in Redhat Openshift for container orchestration and management.

+ Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

+ Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ Have a solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

+ Display experience in automating infrastructure processes using relevant tools and technologies.

+ Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
