    About the role

    As Project Manager, Home Equity Empower, you will make an impact by delivering expert financial and accounting solutions for our clients, leveraging your deep domain expertise to drive impactful projects and enhance financial processes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure compliance, innovation, and business success.

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for financial and mortgage banking initiatives.

    + Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver high-quality solutions.

    + Drive process reengineering and modernization of legacy systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client confidentiality, especially in Massachusetts contexts.

    + Define and prioritize user stories, create and manage product roadmaps and backlogs, and oversee release planning and user training.

    + Liaise with business, technology teams, and end-users, conducting executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications.

    What you must have to be considered

    + 8–10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in mortgage banking or financial IT, preferably with direct experience working with Empower LOS.

    + Strong understanding of residential mortgage origination processes.

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects across multiple geographies.

    + Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.

    + Hands-on experience with data mapping, API integrations, and vendor systems.

    These will help you succeed

    + Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies, including Scrum.

    + Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.

    + Strong executive communication skills and experience with stakeholder management.

    + Ability to lead functional and user acceptance testing.

    + Experience in coordinating user training and supporting process improvement initiatives.
