Job Description Summary:
Position is responsible for the management of corporate finance functions to support the financial activity of OhioHealth operating units. Duties include: Participating in and completing various financial analysis projects. Preparing and presenting financial analysis to senior leadership. Leading teams to identify and corporate process improvements. Assisting with schedule completion and financial analysis of the consolidated long range financial plan and consolidated budget.
Responsibilities And Duties:
50%
Complete financial analysis that will be used by the organization to make strategic and financial decisions.
20%
Present to senior leadership the results of the financial analysis.
20%
Lead teams to identify and implement process improvements across the system.
10%
Analyze financial statement information for the Budget and Long Range Financial Plan process.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)CPA - Certified Public Accountant - American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Additional Job Description:
Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA Must have a strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong analytical skills paired with knowledge of financial analysis and general business concepts. Seven or more years progressively responsible accounting/finance Experience . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Work products will be presented to Senior Management, Board of Directors , the investment community or the general public.
