    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $70/hr Local or $2,970/week Travel | Full-Time | Escondido, CA | High School | 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time BCBA to support high school students across multiple sites in Escondido, California. This in-person role begins ASAP and runs through June 10, 2026.

    Position Details:

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary)

    + Hours/Week: 37.5

    + Pay: $70/hr local or $2,970/week travel

    + Setting: Moderate/Severe classrooms

    + Caseload: Consultation-based across multiple sites; limited direct services

    + Responsibilities: Conduct FBAs, develop and implement BIPs, consult with SPED teams

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active BCBA certification (CA)

    + Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field

    + School-based experience preferred

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
