    Special Education Teacher | $58/hr Local or $2,300/week Travel | St. Helens, OR | Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time SPED teacher for a Life Skills classroom at St. Helens High School in Oregon. This role starts ASAP and runs through the full school year.

    Job Details:

    + Location: St. Helens, OR

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours/day

    + Duration: Full school year (9 months)

    + Pay: $58/hr local or $2,300/week travel

    + Classroom: High School Life Skills, 12 students

    + Support: Instructional assistants in classroom

    + Interview: Virtual

    Requirements:

    + Active Oregon SPED license

    + Experience in resource rooms and with high behavioral needs

    + Familiarity with Oregon SPED law
