Job Description

Role Overview:
The Adobe AEM Tech Lead is responsible for leading the technical delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions across insurance platforms. This role requires deep expertise in AEM architecture component development integration strategies and performance optimization The candidate will guide development teams and ensure alignment with insurance workflows and enterprise technology standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of AEM components templates and workflows for insurance applications
Define technical implementation strategies and oversee code quality scalability and maintainability
Integrate AEM with backend systems including policy administration claims billing and CRM platforms
Establish reusable components coding standards and deployment models for enterprise grade platforms
Manage performance tuning caching strategies and content delivery optimization
Support DevOps practices including CICD pipelines automated testing and environment configuration
Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements data privacy and security protocols
Collaborate with architects developers and testers to ensure delivery excellence
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager including Sites Assets Forms and Headless CMS
Strong background in Java J2EE Sling OSGi and RESTful services
Experience in integrating AEM with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
Deep understanding of insurance workflows such as underwriting claims processing and policy servicing
Familiarity with cloud based AEM deployments and container orchestration platforms
Exposure to performance engineering infrastructure optimization and monitoring tools
Ability to manage technical risks and resolve complex implementation challenges
Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance frameworks relevant to insurance platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital transformation programs across life health or general insurance
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or enterprise architecture frameworks
Background in personalization analytics and campaign orchestration within AEM
Experience in managing largescale AEM implementations across distributed teams
Work Environment:
Leadership role within a fast paced insurance technology team

Pay Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 125000- $ 138000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
