    Lead a High-Impact, Evolving Outpatient Team

As we continue to grow and evolve our specialty services, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Outpatient Manager to lead and support our ENT, Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine service lines.

     

    This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate and lasting impact in a newly restructured area that plays a key role in advancing our outpatient care delivery. We’re looking for a leader who brings strong operational expertise, project management skills, and a passion for guiding teams through growth and transformation.

     

    As the Manager for ENT, Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations while driving improvement and collaboration across departments. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring these clinics operate efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with Logan Health’s mission and values.

    What You’ll Do

    You will:

    + Provide operational leadership and support for a restructured outpatient service area, ensuring smooth, coordinated daily operations.

    + Partner with physicians and administrative leaders to improve workflows, patient access, and quality outcomes.

    + Apply strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives, implement process improvements, and drive service line success.

    + Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and compliance metrics to achieve both clinical and financial excellence.

    + Build and mentor a high-performing team through clear communication, coaching, and recognition.

    + Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion consistent with Logan Health’s core values.

    What You’ll Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or outpatient setting.

    + Demonstrated project management and change management experience with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives.

    + Knowledge of healthcare operations, reimbursement practices, and regulatory requirements.

    + Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

    + A hands-on leadership approach and enthusiasm for managing both people and processes during periods of change.

    Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)

    Schedule:

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
