    **Job Summary:** The HRIS Analyst provides functional support for the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role is responsible for ensuring system functionality meets organizational and user needs across core HR operations, talent processes, and reporting.

    Primary Tasks:

    1. Provide front-line support to HR business users by responding to user issues, answering functional questions, and coordinating with the appropriate teams to resolve problems.

    2. Maintain accurate position control and HR master data, ensuring data consistency, organizational alignment, and support for workforce planning and reporting.

    3. Participate in HCM software upgrades, functional testing, and data validation to ensure smooth implementation of new features and system enhancements.

    4. Act as a point of contact during testing events—supporting users as they run test scripts, identifying and documenting issues, and helping troubleshoot as needed.

    5. Support key HR operations such as onboarding, performance, compensation cycles, and payroll processes by ensuring system readiness and functionality.

    6. Assist in training HR staff and end-users on system functionality, process improvements, and new features.

    7. Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements, complete support tasks, and maintain process documentation.

    8. Ensure adherence to change management and data security policies.

    9. Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 4 years related work experience.

    + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and problem-solving

    + Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently

    + Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

    + Familiarity with position control and the structure of HR master data

    + Understanding of HR processes and how HCM transactions impact broader business operations

    + 2 years of experience in HRIS or HCM system support
