Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Lead to join one of their financial services clients in New York City. The individual will be joining the credit services team and will be responsible for leading agile teams, coaching stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across delivery pods. The individual should have a strong background and knowledge of the financial services, credit, lending, or banking operations industry and should have deep expertise in Agile Delivery, Jira, and Confluence. This is 4 days a week onsite in NYC – Tribeca.

Day to Day responsibilities:

•Lead sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

•Guide teams and product owners on Agile principles, backlog management, and Scrum best practices.

•Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.

•Manage workflows and dashboards in Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain transparency.

•Foster psychological safety, promote self-management, and encourage experimentation.

•Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams to align delivery with strategic goals.

•Capture team health data, velocity, and forecasting metrics to improve predictability.

•Champion Agile adoption and maturity across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

•5+ years' experience as a Scrum Lead or Agile Delivery Lead in financial services, credit, or lending industry

•Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

•Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile collaboration tools

•Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
