Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a strategic and experienced Associate Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution across games, services, and promotions for a major franchise. This role will shape product positioning, develop marketing plans based on player and product insights, and drive alignment across multiple teams.
You’ll collaborate with product, creative, communications, regional, and commercial teams to define marketing goals, prioritize features, and build plans that drive engagement and growth. This is a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA.

Skills and Requirements
1+ years relevant work experience working in Product Strategy, Product Marketing, or Strategy Consulting
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to effectively manage and complete multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Strong written and presentation skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Experience marketing video games.
Experience working with international brands.
Passion and understanding of the franchise.
