    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support a global power company during a pivotal transformation phase. You will work closely with a strong Salesforce stakeholder who is leading the business-side initiatives but requires technical reinforcement—someone who can respond rapidly, provide strategic input, and accelerate delivery.

     

    This role demands deep expertise in Salesforce development, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.

     

    pay range is between 50 - 60/hr based on experience

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

     

    Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

     

    Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.

     

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

     

    Familiarity with GitHub-based CI/CD workflows (basic level is sufficient).

     

    Located in France or nearby, to facilitate collaboration with the business lead.

     

    Able to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions. Any certifications
