Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Architect and maintain scalable data solutions and ETL pipelines within GCP, with a focus on BigQuery.
Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to evaluate product features and user behavior.
Analyze behavioral data to uncover actionable insights that drive business and product decisions.
Build and maintain LookML views, explores, dashboards, and persistent derived tables.
Develop intuitive dashboards in Looker, following visualization best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and reporting needs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and processes.
Utilize Looker’s API and SDK for automation, embedding, and advanced integrations.
Manage cloud data ingress and egress using tools such as gcloud, gsutil, and bq command-line utilities.

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in data architecture, data analysis, or hybrid roles within GCP.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling, especially with BigQuery.
Advanced skills in LookML and Looker dashboard development.
Expertise in behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies.
Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with GCP command-line tools (gcloud, gsutil, bq).
Excellent communication Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or payments industry.
Prior exposure to PayPal FPTI data.
Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
Experience with Hadoop, Spark/Hive, or UC4 scheduling tools.
