    Leidos is seeking a **driven and detail-oriented Project Analyst** to join our National Security team in **Reston, VA** . In this role, you’ll support a high-impact program that directly contributes to our customer’s operational success. You’ll play a critical role in supporting program operations, including timekeeping, travel coordination, and financial management — ensuring smooth execution and mission success.

    Your Impact:

    + Serve as a key **point of contact** for over 100+ program personnel, managing timecards, travel expenses, and process improvement efforts

    + Deliver **insightful cost-reduction recommendations** and identify opportunities for financial efficiency

    + Independently handle **PMO and customer inquiries** , providing clear, actionable information

    + Coordinate **travel and financial operations** , ensuring compliance and accuracy in a 24x7 operational environment

    + Collaborate across teams — including program management, customer leadership, and field operations — to drive seamless communication and results

    + Track, analyze, and report on program **expenses, payments, and vouchers**

    + Support additional **PMO and sponsor requirements** to help achieve program milestones

    What You’ll Bring:

    + **Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph** (required)

    + **Bachelor’s degree** and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for education

    + Proven **organizational, analytical, and problem-solving** abilities

    + Exceptional **written and verbal communication** skills

    + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and familiarity with financial systems

    + Strong understanding of **customer operations and mission requirements**

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00

     

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
