    Description

    Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a highly qualified Air Force DCGS Operations Center (DOC) Watch Officer Coordinator to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. This role supports a major Military Intelligence Program aligned with the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

    Primary Responsibilities

    The selected candidate will play a critical role in ISR operations by:

    + Advising senior leadership on ISR planning, deployment, and operational strategies.

    + Ensuring mission allocations and change orders comply with AF DCGS, Combatant Command (CCMD), and Intelligence Community directives.

    + Serving as a liaison between AF DCGS Enterprise and CCMD planners.

    + Conducting rapid and long-term analysis of ISR platform trends and AF DCGS Analysis Exploitation Team (AET) operations.

    + Responding swiftly to information requests from AF senior leaders and DCGS stakeholders.

    + Recommending training and scheduling strategies for Watch Officers.

    + Briefing senior leaders on ISR operational status and emerging trends.

    + Coordinating real-time mission assurance during outages, disasters, hazardous weather, and exercises.

    + Maintaining and updating emergency action plan checklists to ensure Watch Officer readiness.

    + Developing and sustaining the DOC Watch Officer Training Curriculum, reference materials, Job Qualification Standards (JQS), and Certification Board criteria.

    + Delivering instruction in both classroom and operational settings.

    + Providing ongoing training and certification updates as policies, guidance, and TTPs evolve.

    + Collaborating independently and within teams to deliver timely ISR solutions and in-depth operational analysis.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4+ years of AF DCGS experience, or Associate’s degree with ten (10) years of relevant experience in multi-platform ISR mission planning, exploitation, or analysis. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    + Completion of a specialized intelligence career field certification (e.g., Geospatial, Signals, All-Source Intelligence) from a commercial, military, or U.S. government institution.

    + Familiarity with manned/unmanned ISR platforms, sensor operations, AF DCGS TTPs, and applicable DoD/IC directives.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    + TS/SCI clearance eligibility required at the time of employment.

    + Prior experience in AF DCGS Mission Crew roles such as IMS, GMS, or MOC.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with ISR mission scheduling tools such as TREX, CHAOS, or COMPASS.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience briefing senior leadership.

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
