    Logan A/C & Heat Services in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate. Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and fill orders for same-day and next-day installations.

    + Ensure all installation jobs are accompanied by correct and complete photos.

    + Receive and stock equipment and installation materials; verify shipments against purchase orders, sign off, and report discrepancies to the supervisor or accounts payable.

    + Replenish inventory stock by placing orders with established vendors.

    + Communicate any inventory discrepancies to the manager.

    + Maintain a hazard-free office and warehouse environment.

    + Load and unload cargo as needed.

    + Order parts and confirm deliveries are accurate.

    + Travel to the Dayton office as required based on workload.

    + Collaborate effectively with the logistics team.

    + Visit supply houses and other offices to acquire equipment and materials as needed.

    + Deliver parts or supplies to installers and service technicians as requested by the Logistics or Branch Manager.

    + Maintain warehouse organization, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.

    + Process RMAs for damaged or unneeded equipment.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Competencies:

    + Care and Use of Equipment: Possess excellent knowledge of job-related equipment, ensuring careful handling and storage.

    + Organizing: Use resources effectively and arrange information and files in a systematic manner.

    Experience and Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.

    + Current forklift certification.

    + Proficient in iPad and computer skills, with some software knowledge.

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Service Titan experience required.

    Physical Demands:

    + Frequently required to stand and walk.

    + Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    + May need to lift, push, pull, and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds on a weekly basis.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Must be able to pass a background check

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record
