Job Summary:

creating this experience of a lifetime. Responsible for managing product and service sales operations, Product Sales
Assistant Managers are devoted leaders committed to staff development and guest experience.
Job Specifications:
+ Starting Wage: $56,485.00 - $63,147.92
+ Employment Type: Year Round
+ Shift Type: Full Time hours available
+ Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
+ Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily operations of product sales including collaboration with otherdepartments; provide front line support asnecessary
+ Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and companypolicies
+ Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningfulfeedback and direction, providingrecognition, correction action or escalations ifnecessary
+ Assist with hiring, support, training, and scheduling of product sales team nmembers
+ Receive and assess guest questions, comments and complaints providing timelyresolutions
+ Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgetsParticipate in leadership forumsproviding feedback and input on product salesoperations, training, and continuous improvement opportunitiesOtherduties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; some college preferred
+ 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English
+ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
+ Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
The expected pay range is $56,485.00 - $63,147.92. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
