    Summary:

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **Employee Development Specialist** to lead impactful training and coaching programs in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that strengthen workforce skills, improve performance, and drive operational excellence. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of aerospace professionals, ensuring they have the technical skills and safety awareness to excel in a demanding and innovative environment.

    Job Details:

    + **Job Type:** Full-time; Consultant (12 Months)

    + **Location:** Renton, WA

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, Second Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

    + **Starting Pay Rate:** $39.73 per hour

    What You’ll Do:

    + Conduct learning needs analysis and establish clear, measurable objectives.

    + Deliver engaging content and assess effectiveness based on defined outcomes.

    + Coach individuals and teams to enhance performance and productivity.

    + Instruct in specialized aerospace skills such as Electrical, Structural, Quality, and Systems.

    + Facilitate training events using various teaching methods and customized materials.

    + Maintain a safe, productive learning environment and address behavioral issues promptly.

    + Conduct assessments and recommend process improvements.

    + Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions to expand instructional capabilities.

    + Ensure courseware complies with regulatory, organizational, and industry standards.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support.

    + Proven experience in coaching, instruction, or employee development.

    + Background in designing and delivering leadership or technical training.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean certifications.

    + Experience in Structural, Quality Assurance, Seal, or Electrical disciplines.

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
