    PDS Tech Commercial is expanding our team of Mobile Engineers/Maintenance Technicians in Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you’re a skilled technician with expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting facility equipment, we want you on our team!

    Job Description:

    As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple sites. You will leverage your expertise in one craft area—Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations—and be multi-skilled in others to ensure that building systems function optimally.

    _Key Responsibilities:_

    + Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to keep facilities up to standard.

    + Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.

    + Manage facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general maintenance.

    + Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment, ensuring they perform at optimal levels.

    + Record readings and make adjustments to equipment as necessary.

    + Safely handle hazardous materials and maintain a clean, safe workplace.

    + Monitor the quality and pricing of work performed by external contractors.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and identify safety hazards.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    + 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair, particularly in commercial building systems.

    + Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

    + EPA 608 Type II Certification.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. EPA 608 Universal Certification.

    2. Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.

    **Pay Details:** $44.77 per hour
