    Facilities Maintenance Supervisor – Temp-to-Hire | Pontiac, MI | $28.82-$30.15/hr

We’re hiring a **Facilities Maintenance Supervisor** in Pontiac, MI to oversee skilled trades teams, housekeeping staff, and subcontractors while keeping a busy industrial/commercial site running at peak performance.     What You’ll Do

    + Lead and support UAW skilled trades and subcontractors on daily operations and projects

    + Walk the floor with daily safe operating tours to catch and solve issues before they become problems

    + Manage preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance for building systems

    + Prioritize work orders and make sure the right jobs get done on time

    + Keep shops, logbooks, and documentation organized and audit-ready

    + Oversee subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion

    + Monitor inventory and make sure critical parts are always available

    + Support emergency response and keep compliance front and center (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

    + Communicate with building occupants and management — keeping everyone in the loop

    What We’re Looking For

    + 3–5 years of experience supervising in facilities or maintenance

    + Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems (troubleshooting is your thing)

    + Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems

    + Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

    + Experience in a unionized environment preferred

    + Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role and can balance people, projects, and compliance

    + Location: Pontiac, MI

    + Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with some weekend coverage as needed

    **Pay Details:** $28.82 to $30.15 per hour
