**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a seasoned **Senior Learning Specialist** to lead a portfolio of enterprise learning and development initiatives. This high-impact role is central to designing training programs, implementing governance frameworks, and rolling out the Oracle Learning platform across the organization. + **Role:** Contract **What You’ll Do**

+ Manage a portfolio of enterprise learning projects aligned with strategic business goals.

+ Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding and career development.

+ Oversee the curation, migration, and enhancement of learning assets.

+ Develop and implement a governance framework for enterprise-wide learning administration.

+ Lead the successful rollout and adoption of the Oracle Learning platform.

+ Monitor training effectiveness using performance data and feedback to drive improvements.

+ Leverage Power BI and Advanced Excel for data aggregation, reporting, and strategic insights.

+ Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

+ Guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning administration and content curation

+ Proven success managing complex enterprise learning projects

+ Strong understanding of instructional design and training evaluation

+ Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

+ Deep knowledge of enterprise learning platforms and governance frameworks

+ Familiarity with adult learning theories and corporate training best practices

**Pay Details:** $75.00 per hour
