    About the Role

     

    PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer, is hiring a **Material Handler** to join our fast-paced Shrewsbury, MA facility. In this critical role, you’ll be at the center of production—moving materials, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth workflow across the manufacturing floor.

     

    Your efficiency and attention to detail will help keep operations on schedule and customers satisfied, all while contributing to products that make a real impact in the world.

    What You’ll Do

    + Safely transport materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.

    + Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training and certification provided).

    + Maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.

    + Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing and organizing materials.

    + Use basic tools and protective equipment to complete daily tasks.

    + Work collaboratively with production teams to meet quality and delivery goals.

    What You Bring

    + 0–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.

    + Willingness to obtain a forklift or material handling license (training provided).

    + Basic computer knowledge preferred.

    + A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
