PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a skilled **Robot Operator** to join our team in partnership with a leader in the **aerospace industry** . In this dynamic role, you’ll operate advanced robotic and CNC systems that are critical to the production of aerospace components. Your work will directly impact the performance, safety, and reliability of cutting-edge aircraft and spacecraft.

What You’ll Do – Daily Responsibilities

+ Interpret engineering requirements, work orders, sketches, and digital documents to manufacture aerospace parts and assemblies

+ Operate and monitor **CNC and robotic systems** to fabricate parts to exacting quality standards

+ Use shop math and precision measuring tools to determine proper **feeds, speeds, and machine alignment**

+ Perform machine-proofing of new and revised part programs

+ Adjust tool setups, make machine corrections, and ensure **safe, accurate operations**

+ Verify completed work meets engineering specifications and document any discrepancies

+ Utilize and adapt **tooling and fixtures** for optimal performance

+ Collaborate with team members and assist in training less-experienced assembly personnel

What You Bring – Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

+ Minimum **5 years of experience** in manufacturing, machining, or robotic operations

+ Proficient in using hand tools and **precision measuring instruments** (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)

+ Ability to work **any shift** as needed

+ Strong understanding of machining safety and shop floor procedures

Preferred:

+ Experience in **automated fastening** systems

+ Hands-on experience with **CNC Sluggers**

+ Background in **aerospace or aviation manufacturing**

+ Experience assembling components and using verification tools

**Pay Details:** $42.60 per hour
