Digital Enablement & Learning Lead
The Digital Learning Enablement Lead role will focus on developing and delivering training, learning and educational resources related to FieldView and Digital Agronomic Programs including Seed Showcase, Preceon & Advisor Toos. The person in this role will have strong experience in creating content for diverse audiences, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and resource accessibility.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
+ Content Creation & Development: Develop and create engaging, high-quality learning content for internal and external audiences, including how-to videos, seasonal one-pagers, PowerPoint slides, PDF documents, and other relevant resources.
+ Collaborative Resource Development: Work closely with product value, engagement marketing, communications, knowledge management, and brand marketing teams to ensure resources meet internal and field team needs.
+ Resource Organization & Accessibility: Manage and organize training materials and collateral on different platforms ensuring ease of access for relevant teams.
+ Training Content Creation: Support in developing training programs and facilitation plans tailored to diverse audiences within Bayer Crop Science.
+ Training Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions on Climate FieldView products, New Business Models, and professional development topics.
+ Consistent Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with field facing teams and other internal stakeholders on content and resources available, as well as support ongoing initiatives and continuity planning.
+ Collaborative Resource Projects: Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to working with various teams across the DFS business. Be open to collaborating on diverse resource development and training initiatives, partnering with multiple stakeholders to help achieve their goals and drive successful outcomes.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required:
+ Strong experience in content creation, training facilitation, and resource development in relation to the agriculture industry.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
+ Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Seismic, and other content management systems.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail-oriented and organizational skills.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $95-125k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
