Overview
The Associate, Talent makes a huge difference in what we do. They will provide administrative support and project assistance to the Talent team. We are looking for a recent grad with excellent customer service skills, looking to ignite their career in Human Resources. This position will help facilitate between employees and all other functions of the organization, from payroll to benefits to new hires to terminations. The position requires superior communication skills and excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will perform the essential functions of this role in a fast paced, demanding and team-based the work environment.
Responsibilities
+ Facilitate all administrative processes for all employees regarding any payroll implications
+ Manage and communicate all internal benefits for employees across the US
+ Liaison between Talent team, IT, Operations, Payroll, and Employees
+ Maintain the data integrity of our internal systems
+ Complete IT tickets to ensure all employees have all IT software and drives needed for business
+ Ensure all processes are submitted timely for payroll cutoff
+ Responsible for any weekly, monthly, annual reports needed for the Human Resources team
+ Assist with ad-hoc projects when required
+ Attend and participate in any Talent team, Talent Acquisition, and IT related initiatives
+ Manage new hire onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
+ Act as first point of contact for general requests for employees across all offices; answer questions and direct employees to correct resources especially for new hires, terms and those going on personnel/medical leaves
+ Successfully perform and complete diversified administrative assignments in a timely manner
+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 1 year of Talent/administrative related work experience and/or internships
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Flexible and organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
+ Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
+ Proactive self-starter with proven ability to handle multiple projects with various deadlines
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills, solid strategic thinking, top-notch organizational skills and team work

Compensation Range: $39,710 - $57,615. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
