Job Description

General Purpose:

Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all mechanical systems at the plant including utility systems, process systems, and waste handling systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Complete SAP reporting

+ Operate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA procedures

+ Perform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes according to DFA maintenance procedures

+ Participate in plant projects and expansions

+ Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and all other plant policies and procedures

+ Attend scheduled training sessions

+ Provide communication to all support team members by following proper escalation procedures

+ Back fill team member absences with overtime as required

+ Demonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24 x 7 manufacturing environment

+ Work within budget, while completing timely repairs

+ Perform root cause analysis

+ Maintain repairs within departmental budget

Requirements

_Education and Experience_

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Verifiable maintenance experience

+ 3-5 years of mechanical experience and maintenance

+ Certification and/or License -- None

_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_

+ Strong Analytical skills

+ Strong knowledge of general mechanical

+ Strong computer skills

+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English
