Incumbent is a student performing an hourly paid internship.

Candidates for this internship will work with researchers at the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy on a variety of potential tasks (this will depend on CMRA’s available work, and the candidate’s career goals).

Potential work includes:

+ Collaborate with staff to facilitate robotics training, as an in-class teaching assistant and help with logistics such as setup, and hardware preparations

+ Developing and testing curricular content and training materials

+ Developing and testing digital educational games (e.g. Unity development)

This candidate should have a strong technology background, be a team player, and be a strong communicator (both written and oral).

General Requirements:

+ Has a valid license and can drive or be able to self-provide transportation to the workplace

+ Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and effectively

+ Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills

+ Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to collect, organize, and distribute feature requests, bug reports, known issues, etc
