• Workforce Wellbeing Internship

    Atlantic Health System (Morristown, NJ)


    The Workforce Well-Being Team is seeking a full-time intern to work alongside our internal Workforce Well-Being Team to provide holistic well-being programming and initiatives that support Atlantic Health System team members in achieving their personal health and wellness goals. The interns’ responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

     

    + Assist with implementing and facilitating system-wide well-being programs and services

    + Develop communications and system-wide campaigns utilizing various channels (written, visual, print, verbal, social media)

    + Provide outreach and technical support to assist team members in enrolling and successfully participating in well-being programs

    + Actively participate in department and vendor meetings/correspondences

    + Provide administrative assistance when needed

    + Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University

    + Ideally pursing a degree in Public Health, Health Education, Human Resources or a similarly related field

    + Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 - August 2026

    + Must be in good academic standing

    + Proficient with Excel & Microsoft Office Suite

    + Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)

    + US Citizen or permanent resident

    + Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
