    About the role

     

    Provide a well-rounded educational work experience for a student seeking a career in the Manufacturing Engineering field, with an emphasis on test, automation and process related to Faucets fabrication. The co-op will work under the direction of an assigned mentor within their specific area of placement, thus providing them with a contact for questions related to job responsibilities, personal development, or the company in general. Kohler Co. strives to hire successful co-ops into entry level positions with the goal of building our talent pipeline.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assembly fixture Design and fabrication

    + Support Core process on Faucets business.

    + Support assembly automation robotic research cell development.

    + Support technology supplier and equipment evaluations.

    + Support digital transformation development

    + Work with cross functional team to refine group standards.

    + Present accomplishments at Kohler Co. leadership networking event.

    + All other areas as assigned.

    Skills/Requirements

    + Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university with a major in engineering

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship
