CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment. *Cook Qualifications* * Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English * 1 year of cooking or 3 years of directly related food service experience equivalent*/*required*/* * HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience*/*preferred*/* * Basic math required for recipe quantity calculations. * Ability to adjust recipe quantities based on census or volume. * Writing skills required for completing production records and documenting on logs and other reports. * 5 years of cooking in a healthcare setting or large volume/institutional cooking*/*preferred*/* * Serv Safe Food Handlers certification*/*preferred*/* *Food Service Aides / Patient Dining Aides Qualifications* * Must be able to read, write and speak English * Basic math skills * Wears appropriate shoes and PPE (gloves) in all food service areas to avoid injury * High School Diploma or GED/*preferred*/ * 2 years of customer service/*preferred*/ We take great care of careers.
