The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Cybersecurity Analyst / Administrative Coordinator** to provide analytical, programmatic, and administrative support to the U.S. Navy’s Aircraft Carrier Program Offices. This position supports both in-service and new construction carriers, playing a key role in cybersecurity coordination, documentation management, and communication across multiple stakeholders and working groups. This position blends **technical cybersecurity awareness** with **strong administrative and coordination responsibilities** , offering an opportunity to work directly with Navy leadership and program teams to enhance the security posture of some of the nation’s most advanced warships. The ideal candidate will bring both **organizational excellence** and **technical understanding** , ensuring that cybersecurity operations, meetings, and documentation are executed with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Program Support:
+ Assist with the implementation and oversight of cybersecurity initiatives across Carrier (CVN) programs, ensuring compliance with federal and DoD cybersecurity policies.
+ Support the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of cybersecurity incidents, configuration management updates, and system security posture changes.
+ Coordinate cybersecurity Test and Evaluation (T&E) efforts, collecting and organizing data, preparing briefings, and ensuring timely submission of reports.
+ Maintain awareness of vulnerability findings and facilitate development of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to address and remediate risks.
Administrative and Coordination Duties:
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for coordinating cybersecurity-related meetings, conferences, and working groups, including the Carrier Network and Cybersecurity Working Group (CNCWG).
+ Develop, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal leadership, external stakeholders, and Navy clients.
+ Support program offices by tracking action items, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.
+ Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute outcomes and deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
+ Facilitate communication and collaboration among the Carrier community, including engineering, logistics, and cybersecurity teams.
Analytical and Reporting Functions:
+ Compile and analyze cybersecurity data from Navy systems to support decision-making and program planning.
+ Prepare executive-level briefings, white papers, and response documents for leadership inquiries.
+ Support documentation and version control processes for cybersecurity test results, system configurations, and compliance evidence.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
+ 5+ years of experience providing cybersecurity and administrative support within a DoD or government environment.
+ Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and configuration control processes.
+ Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects, meetings, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ **Active Secret Clearance** required.
_Desired:_
+ Master’s degree in a related technical or engineering discipline.
+ Prior NAVSEA or Navy Program Office experience.
+ Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives on U.S. Navy Carriers or shipboard systems.
+ Previous (active duty) Carrier or shipboard experience highly preferred.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100
