The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to provide direct training/review support for SURFLANT logistics and maintenance teams supporting active SURFLANT Activities. Interact daily within the Naval Surface Support Activity Staff and SURFLANT support units.
The ideal candidate will bring Navy Logistics Specialist level expertise, having served on an operation unit or equivalent with a minimum 8 years of experience. This position is located at Naval Station Norfolk, in Norfolk, VA and will support the USFFC Naval Forces Logistics contract.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to COMNAVSURFLANT units ashore and afloat.
• Review NWCF units Management Review Controls and Key Supporting Documents to ensure compliance with NAVSUP P-723 supply procedures, primarily focusing on inventory management and reconciliation and provide training on identified trends.
• Review monthly Inventory Goals via CMP Pulse Point Grid and request documentation and narratives related to adjustments by Adjustment Category.
• Serve as a Force Level SME, developing and delivering training on database maintenance and performing R-Supply & NALCOMIS procedures.
• Assist in the performance of SMA/SMI on readiness divisions following SURFSUP 4400.1_ and 5040.1_ and conduct follow-up training if necessary.
• Occasionally conduct on-site spot inventory audits (Existence and Completeness) on water-front units to test inventory accuracy, with independent auditors.
• Generate quarterly performance reports utilizing collected KSDs and CMP for COMNAVSURFLANT, USFF, and NAVSUP on all NWCF units under your purview.
• Provide CNAL weekly Cross-Deck availability reports for L-Decks.
• Assist with Allowance Loads on L-Decks.
Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have a current DOD SECRET clearance.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Force Level R-Supply, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and the functionality of Naval Supply.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or related business discipline is desired. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional eight (8) years of experience in supply, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of R-Supply is acceptable.
• Working knowledge of the NAVSUP Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) functions, regarding Inventory and Financial Management within the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (ERP).
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Force Level R-SUPPLY. This knowledge must include the ability to identify and troubleshoot application and data driven anomalies causing failures.
• Possess proficiency in NAVSUP One Touch Support and Document Automation Content Services (DACS)
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of writing SQLs/ADHOCs preferred.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,600-$129,300
